Do Not Send Any Payment before receiving a quote / invoice from us!

• NAME, FULL, SHIPPING ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER
• Model Number and Serial Number (if available) of your Vornado fan
• List requested parts, quantity and adjacent prices from the Available Parts page
• We will send you a quote for the requested services or parts. Please review it carefully and let us know if you have any questions or would like to proceed.
• Shipping and or return shipping is figured in the quote total.
• We accept PayPal Only.  The PayPal convenience fee is figured into the final price listed on the quote.
• As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number.
